Chef Robert D. Bailey
He got his first love and passion for cooking growing up in East St. Louis, IL. working for his father in a tiny barbecue house. After years of cleaning out barbecue pit for no pay, he learned from his father how to make people smile through cooking. Chef Bailey went on to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, IL. in 2007. His vast work ethnic comes from working for seasoned Chefs in hotels, restaurant chains and privately owned restaurants.
Baileys-Catering LLC came to life after a conversation Robert had with instructors from culinary school and a few mentors. Since then, Robert has fully made the move to catering as his true passion and love. Bailey's Catering LLC does not just do simple catering, but they own and operate a state of the art 16 foot concession trailer to cater that next event at any location.
We pride ourselves with giving our customers an experience of locally sought out farm to table quality products with that touch of Classical French, Southern, Creole, Spanish, Italian and a few other cuisines. Baileys Catering is MBE and BEP with the State of Illinois and holds vast certificates and qualifications.
